Leaving behind a lucrative career in the financial services field, Kishana wholeheartedly decided to pursue a career in the fashion & beauty industry. Having studied under premiere stylist and leading hair care companies in the US and UK, Kishana has garnered the title reputation of a "master lace innovator". With a roster of fiercely loyal clients, Kishana is definitely a force to be reckoned with in the beauty industry.

Alongside her many roles in the fashion and beauty industry, Kishana is also the Founder/CEO of  The Tres Chic Foundation. The Tres Chic Foundation aspires to develop and implement workshops, seminars, camps and other activities for young women. 

The programs are designed to build self-esteem and promote cultural, educational, health, physical fitness, social, professional development and volunteerism among youths of all social economic backgrounds that suffer from low self-esteem, lack of confidence, and peer pressure. The foundation’s primary focus is to work with underprivileged and disadvantaged teenage girls between the ages of 11 and 17.
